    • Organize a surprise delivery to your partners (additional packaging or post card required)

    It is important to include all the information requested, so we can process your order correctly. Please provide your Full Name and Email address. In your message, please indicate the product name and code and number of units required (e.g. Bracelet = Code 212 -2 off; Pendant Code 305 - 3 off; and so on) - and the urgency of the purchase (e.g. if you need to meet some deadline such as for a birthday). Please make sure your contact details are correct, so we can ensure you receive your shipment in good order. When your order request has been received we will send you an “Order Confirmation=Invoice by EMail within 24 hours on normal working days. Our Invoice will confirm details of the Product(s) being purchased, with a Photo, the Product Price(s) , Forecast Delivery Date and Dispatch Address; Delivery Costs and any other fees; plus our Bank details for payment. For shipments outside of Switzerland, the Product price excludes local VAT, fees or custom duties due in the country of destination.

    We apologize for any inconvenience, but it is essential to follow these procedures, as each Dragon Porter jewellery piece is unique and cannot be repeated. We aim to provide excellent customer service and to ensure that all of our customers receive exactly what they desire and are fully satisfied with every purchase.

    For customers purchasing more than 5 items we provide an additional service - Payment by Bank Transfer. To place your order, please use the ORDER REQUEST button for the chosen item or send the request to contact@dragonporter.com . Provide your Full Name; Email and Telephone number and Delivery address and In your message, please state the product names, Codes and volumes you are ordering (e.g. Bracelet Code 212 – 2 off; Pendant Code 305 – 1 off; and so on). Our invoice will be sent with the Order Confirmation. If you choose this payment method, your items will be held in stock for 7 days until completion of the bank transfer. If payment has not been received within 7 days, your order may be cancelled by Dragon Porter with an Email notification. Please ensure you quote the Order Confirmation - Invoice number as a Reference on your bank transfer instructions, so that Dragon Porter can match the payment to your order

    Dragon Porter has chosen the PayPal Payments Standard to accept credit card payments from our customers. It provides the security, confidentiality and peace of mind that our customers require. The Website Payments Standard used enables you to make online payments WITH or WITHOUT having your own PayPal accounts. It accepts all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), eChecks, bank transfers, and PayPal accounts.

    There is a 3-step process to pay for a purchase:

    1. Click the BUY NOW button next to the selected items
    2. If you have a PayPal account, log on to PayPal. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you must enter the payment information on a web page protected by PayPal
    3. Then review and confirm your purchase on PayPal and return to the Dragon Porter website.

    Caring for your Dragon Porter jewellery

    Dragon Porter jewellery is a delicate handcrafted product. We use natural leather, stones, organic resin, metal plated by gold and silver. To ensure that your Dragon Porter jewellery gives you pleasure for many years, it is important to take care of it in the best way possible:

    • Do not wear your jewellery when sleeping
    • Do not wear your jewellery in the shower or during handwashing
    • Do not spray perfume directly on the jewellery
    • Should your jewellery get wet, dry it immediately with a soft cloth. Do not use jewellery cleaner or abrasive
    • Please note that the chains are delicate and fin. Please do not force it they are breakable
    • Avoid heavy physical activity while wearing these items
    • It is also recommended not to leave the jewellery in the bathroom, as the humidity might cause the jewel to oxidize
    • Keep it in the accompanying box when not wearing it
    • Slight imperfection on leather. Such as veining scratching and uneven colour may occur in high quality fabric and naturally tanned leathers: here is a proof that the item is made from natural materials and truly unique: To keep your jewel nice, you can clean it with a soft cloth

    Dispatch of orders is arranged by Dragon Porter as soon as payment has been made and received in one of the Dragon Porter accounts.

    Standard shipments are sent by registered mail via Swiss Post. General delivery times are within 5-9 working days for delivery to Europe and 14 days to the USA, Canada and Japan. International delivery can, however, be delayed due to local customs clearance procedures.

    Our Standard Shipping cost is based on the price of your purchase:

    Dragon Porter reserves the right to adjust these freight rates and service fees for special deliveries and if shipping costs increase after order placement but before dispatch.

    Your parcel will require an authorised signature to confirm receipt. Jewellery will be sent to you double wrapped in a Dragon Porter jewellery box, with plain cover for security. Please rest assured that we always package our items securely and safely.

    Urgent shipments can on request be sent by Fedex and normally take a maximum of 3 working days to most destinations Worldwide. To request urgent shipment please use the ORDER REQUEST button on your chosen items. The final shipping cost will be advised with your Order Confirmation if you choose the urgent shipment option.

    For shipments within Switzerland, the Product prices advertised include local VAT, fees and custom duties. For shipments outside of Switzerland, the Product price excludes local VAT, fees or custom duties payable in the country of destination. For customers with an EU delivery address, VAT is charged in accordance with local legislation. The customer is responsible for all such costs and the applicable charges must be paid by the customer to the local authorities at the point of entry to the destination country. Dragon Porter shipping documentation will include the necessary declaration details.

    All goods dispatched by Dragon Porter to customers are covered by insurance against loss or damage in transit up to the point when the customer or their representative signs for receipt of the goods. Any questions about the condition of the goods when received, or claims for damage suffered in transit, must be made immediately in writing by Email to contact@dragonporter.com.

    Any complaint about a defective Product must be notified as soon as possible in writing by Email to contact@dragonporter.com, and within a maximum of 7 days from order receipt. The Customer should explain why he or she considers the Product to be defective, attaching a photograph showing the fault, plus proof of purchase

    If defective, the goods may at Dragon Porter’s discretion be either returned for repair, replacement or refunded. All returns must be sent by registered mail, suitably repackaged and complete with all Dragon Porter tags still attached within 14 days of order receipt. Dragon Porter takes no responsibility for reclaiming local VAT or other taxes and duties paid by the customer at the point of entry for returned goods. Such payments should be reclaimed by the customer from the authority to which they were paid when the goods were imported.

    The Customer must insure the return shipment by registered mail after Dragon Porter confirmation that it is to be returned. If a satisfactory repair and re-delivery cannot be made within 45 days after the product is returned, the Customer has the right to claim a price reduction or refund. Refunds will be issued by Dragon Porter within 30 days of us receiving an agreed cancellation notice, using the same payment method as used for the purchase. Dragon Porter will in addition refund the return costs, if the Product is defective and cannot be repaired in the repair period.

    Dragon Porter cannot for hygiene reasons exchange or refund goods that have been worn, do not have their original packaging, or which show obvious signs of abuse. In this instance, the goods will be returned to the buyer at their own cost.
